Licensed Therapist and Practice Founder
Welcome! Take a moment to feel proud of yourself for prioritizing your health and well being. We need more people like you in these times.
I have spent the last 10 years devoted to studying and practicing therapy, wellness, and healing modalities. I started my career in psychiatric research, studying the powerful effects that sensory deprivation float tanks have on our nervous systems. During my time in research, my intuition started giving me signs that I needed to pivot and focus on more person-centered, relational work. After receiving my master’s degree in counseling, I completed multiple advanced training programs in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and somatic therapy.
In addition to providing individual therapy: I facilitate ketamine-assisted groups, provide clinical supervision, and am an instructor for a psychedelic training program. I am passionate about providing mentorship and support to other therapists.
My approach is deeply attuned, warm, and relational - I believe real change often happens through experience, not just thought. In my sessions, we focus on the present, exploring what’s alive for you through experiential work. My goal is to support you to reconnect with your own innate wisdom. Together, we gently notice the patterns that make you feel stuck (i.e any dissociation, stored trauma memory, or limiting beliefs), uncover what you truly need and desire, and offer your nervous system and body a chance to find more ease and balance.

I grew up in a rural town as the eldest daughter to very young parents. While my upbringing taught me a lot about grit and resilience, I had an insatiable curiosity and desire for expansion that was stifled in many ways. I also felt a strong connection to nature, animals, and people in a way that I wasn’t often seeing modeled around me. I shifted my focus away from my sensitivity and toward excelling in school and sports to find a sense of belonging. I exiled parts of myself that I felt needed protection and started to tune out the world around me. As I grew up, all of the protective mechanisms and numbing I had normalized started to feel destructive and constricting. I could no longer avoid the burn out that had been looming from years of ignoring my body, my desires, and my emotions. I was longing to feel my life force, access my creativity, and be more connected in my relationships.
With an intention to get rid of this stifling feeling I had, I set out to travel and have new experiences to learn more about the world and my place in it. After years of exploration, I started to crave close-knit community and put roots down in Denver because of its proximity to nature and the abundance of open-minded and curious people I have found here.
While traveling and learning helped me begin to feel more agency and passion in my life, embodied healing is what changed my life and my relationship to myself. Somatic therapy, psychedelic-assisted work, yoga, meditation, twelve-step programs, spiritual practices, acupuncture, body & energy work are all things I engaged with in my own healing journey, and continue to work with now. I value integrity and my clients often share that they feel more understood and make more progress than in past therapeutic experiences because of my direct nature, my vulnerability, and my unique approach.
In my free time I love being outside in nature, dancing, seeing live music, writing, reading, traveling, and enjoying design, film, and comedy.
I am always deepening in my practice, expanding my ability to keep my heart open, and learning from everyone around me. It is an honor to do this work and walk alongside others while they realize their full potential and find more joy, pleasure, and connection in their lives.
