Ashley is a graduate Clinical Mental health track student in her final year at Bellevue University and is an intern in the Affordable Therapy Program at Soma Wellness and Therapy! She has several years of experience working as both an individual and group therapist.

Ashley is receiving thoughtful and experienced weekly supervision and extensive training from Kayle Elliott, LPC.

Ashley approaches counseling from a compassionate and collaborative lens. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care and she brings warmth, authenticity, and creativity into each session. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and always prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth. She believes meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and safe.
